Terms and Conditions:

1. 1. Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking, and is non-refundable as we will be reserving the house just for you. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

3. 2. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, the full cost of your stay will be charged.

4. 3. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. 4. Smoking: Our rental property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the home and on the decks and balconies as Lake Arrowhead is a high fire zone.

6. 5. Pets: Pets are allowed, with prior permission when booking.

7. 6. Damages: Any damages to the rental property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest and must be reported immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages or missing items.

8. 7. Liability: Guests assume all responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while staying in our rental property. The homeowner is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
